Benefits of working for Agosto include office space in one of the hottest downtown Minneapolis buildings, the Ford Center. The on-site gym is free for employees to use. In addition to medical and dental plans, Agosto covers our employees' business dry cleaning with on-site pick up and delivery. Employees can provide their own business-use laptop or other device, which Agosto will supplement or the company will provide. Cell phones designated for business use are also subsidized. After a year, employees are welcome to join a 401K program, boosted by company contributions. Agosto employees frequently meet after work for fun and refreshments, and a couple of times a year we celebrate in grander style. Volunteerism is encouraged, and Agosto employees have together supported the STEP UP Achieve Minneapolis intern program, Second Harvest Heartland food bank and other active volunteer efforts.
