thanks u r information
Wordpress, Blogger www.blogger.com
I like Wordpress better, but since Blogger is a Google service, it's often easier for certain groups to use, especially in cases where most people already have Google Accounts and you want minimal barriers to using the tool. I use Wordpress for a bunch of organizations and non-profits.
Google Groups
Great for managing group communication, especially for the sports teams and non-profit orgs I help with.
Zendesk www.zendesk.com
Very nice SaaS support system that includes forums and a pretty flexible developer API.
Test Run www.runtestrun.com
Simple yet extremely useful QA management tool.
