Aric Bandy - CEO

As CEO, Bandy has propelled the company into new markets and increased staff 67% to support the company’s exceptional 250% growth. He has transformed the company from a traditional IT services firm that provides infrastructure consulting and resells hardware into a strategic IT consulting practice that builds and manages cloud-enabled IT operations. This progressive approach provides organizations sophisticated, enterprise-grade solutions that were previously affordable only to large corporations.  Under his leadership, top-line revenues have grown substantially year-over-year, landing the company on Inc. magazine’s 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies list in 2009 and 2010.

Previous to Agosto, Bandy was founder of Outsourced IT, a pioneer in fixed-fee managed services, which most managed services providers use today. The company was sold to Techies (a commercial spin-off of Geek Squad) and is now owned by Loffler Cos. Bandy also founded Innova Technologies, which was Minneapolis/St. Paul’s first DSL provider with a strong partnership with Qwest.

Bandy is an active speaker on topics including cloud computing and IT governance. He regularly volunteers in his community by helping kindergarteners learn basic computer skills. Bandy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
