Gabriel Rein - Director of Managed Services

Gabriel Rein joined Agosto 2006 as its Director of Managed Services to develop processes, procedures and service delivery consistency. Under Rein’s leadership, the team that manages client IT operations has achieved an SLA performance score of over 98 percent and an average satisfaction score of better than 4.5 out of 5. 

Before joining Agosto, Rein worked for Jefferson Wells International and focused on assessing information security and implementing adequate controls, minimizing or eliminating the impact of unplanned interruptions, and ensuring the continuity of critical business services. He also worked at Accenture, where he was responsible for the network and security infrastructure of the company’s Minneapolis-based Porting Services. 

With more than 10 years of experience in networking, security, and compliance, Rein is not only proficient in various technologies, but he truly excels at process development and building efficient IT operations. This foundation in the very controlled operational environments of large consulting firms has helped Rein create an effective operational framework both for Agosto internally and for its clients.

Rein holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Cisco Certified Network Engineer.
