Irfan Khan - Chief Technology Officer
In his role as Chief Technology Officer since 2007, Khan drives the strategic direction, operations and revenues of the company’s cloud consulting business, including Google Apps. He is a true evangelist for cloud computing and SaaS (software-as-a-service). Khan excels at change management and has personally helped migrate tens of thousands of users onto Google Apps.
A serial entrepreneur, Khan co-founded Agosto in 2001 as an IT consulting firm focused on delivering new technologies and operations models that can greatly increase efficiencies for clients. He left Agosto in 2004 to co-found Jumpnode Systems, an innovator in SaaS network management. During Khan’s three-year tenure as CEO, he took a "back-of-the-napkin" concept to a revenue-earning product in less than 12 months and successfully raised a multimillion dollar round of venture financing. The company was awarded the Best New Technology honor by Twin Cities Business in 2006. That same year, Khan was awarded Innovator of the Year by Finance and Commerce magazine.
Khan’s passion for digital media extends to personal projects such as QudUp, which creates individualized participant videos that are easy to share.
Khan holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from the University of Oregon.
