Erickson is focused on discovering new business practice areas and developing core go-to-market strategies for new products, while supporting large client engagements and key partnerships. Since 2001, he has attracted and retained major managed services clients and has grown Agosto into a leading cloud aggregator and top Google Apps provider for both enterprise and small-to-medium sized businesses.
Prior to Agosto, Erickson co-founded Jumpnode Systems, an innovator in SaaS network management. Before Jumpnode, Erickson worked at Webhelp, Inc., directing the Minneapolis and Montreal development divisions for this provider of CRM and BPO solutions, later acquired by a global BPO firm. Throughout his tenure at Webhelp, he oversaw the distributed development operation that integrated countless web-based applications. Erickson also worked at Accenture in their enterprise division.
Erickson has more than 16 years of experience developing high-performance teams at both the corporate and departmental level. He is known as an executive facilitator who unites individuals into focusing on the priorities of an organization over personal interests.
Erickson is an avid cyclist who competes at the elite level in the Minnesota Mountain Bike Series. He is the volunteer director and promoter of the Bluff Rider’s Charge, an annual mountain bike race in Mankato, Minnesota, giving back 100% of its proceeds to the NCIA/Minnesota High School Cycling League. Erickson has four children under the age of 12.
