Please be as detailed as possible in both your email subject line and your description. Once your email is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your service request ticket number.
Call the Agosto Support Line – 612.605.3597 (7am-7pm M-F) Central Time
The Agosto Support Line is staffed from 7am-7pm Central Time, Monday-Friday. If all technical support personnel are busy, you will have the choice of holding or leaving a message. If you have an emergency during non-business hours, you can leave a message that will be forwarded to the on-call engineer. The on-call engineer will contact you within 30 minutes to address the emergency situation.
