Google taps a select group of top North American partner executives to help it shape Google Apps product and marketing strategies
Minneapolis, March 18 2009 – Agosto, Inc. (www.agosto.com), one of the nation’s oldest and
fastest-growing Google Apps and cloud services consulting firms, announced today that Agosto CEO, Aric Bandy, was named a member of Google's elite Google Apps North American Partner Advisory Board (PAB). The invitation-only Google PAB is comprised of senior executives from a handful of Google's top North American partners.
Each Advisory Board member is in strict nondisclosure and is privy to internal Google product roadmaps, innovations, upcoming releases, and marketing strategies. In return, the Board shares feedback from the field and offers advice on Google's plans and strategies in face-to-face meetings with senior Google executives and key product managers. Google uses input from the Board to help it shape product offerings, go-to-market strategies and messages, and the Google Apps partner ecosystem.
"We recruited Aric to become part of an advisory board representing our Google Apps partners because of his mature business perspective and common-sense approach, says Stephan Cho, Director of Google Apps Channels. "He offers us sound advice based on his broad knowledge of IT that reflects the interest of all partners, not just his own firm. His insightfulness and intelligence have made him an extraordinary asset in helping us make partners more effective in meeting their clients’ business needs. We truly value his solid strategic perspective, deep experience and exceptional personal qualities."
